يك پژوهش درمورد كاربرد تئوري مجموعه فازي تكنيك هاي ANP در زنجيره تامين : بررسي پژوهش زنجيره تامين سبز: Close-loop or open hierarchical structures in green supply chain management under uncertainty
اين پژوهش، استفاده از تركيب تئوري مجموعه فازي و تكنيك هاي ANP و بررسي چگونگي مقايسه نتايج ساختارهاي سلسله مراتبي حلقه-بسته و باز را با استفاده از موردكاوي واقعي، براي يافتن مناسب ترين ساختار براي GSCM پيشنهاد مي كند.
يكي از پيامدهاي نمايش ترجيحات زباني در فرموله سازي مدل، اين است كه نتايج، با تئوري مجموعه فازي بيان مي شود كه نشانگر عدم اطمينان هاي ادراكي انساني است. قضاوت ارزياب، نميتواند هميسه بوسيله رويكرد عددي دقيق انجام گيرد؛ بنابراين، عبارات كلامي به مقادير عددي واضح تبديل مي شود.
مدل سلسله مراتبي، همچنين ارزياب را قادر به بهره گيري از روش كمي با عدم دقت ذاتي در وزندهي معيارها مي نمايد. استفاده از TFN ها براي نمايش متغيرهاي زباني، به منظور نشان دادن قضاوت هاي ذهني بوسيله ارزيابان، بار شناختي را در طول ارزيابي هاي پيشنهادي، كاهش مي دهد.

وابستگي هاي متقابل، هميشه در اقدامات شركت وجود دارد. از اين رو، ANP، براي بكارگيري در يك ساختار سلسله مراتبي با ارتباط متقابل، پيشنهاد شده است. در نهايت، چهار جنبه پيشنهادي و بيست معيار كيفي در اين پژوهش بايد بطور همزمان مورد توجه قرار گرفته و ارزيابي شود.
GSCM، نيازمند شناسايي معيارهاي مناسب براي تكميل نمودن يك پژوهش قوي و پيشبرد بدنه دانش در يك حوزه، هم بصورت دانشگاهي و هم بصورت عملي است. بلحاظ آكادميك، توجه بيشتري بايد بر جنبه ها و معيارهاي كاربردي، ارزيابي جنبه ها و معيارها براي اعتبار محتوا و تلخيص آنها از طريق مرور ادبيات گسترده براي پيشبرد موثر و عملي درون اين حوزه مبذول گردد. در عمل، شركت ها ميتوانند از توسعه جنبه ها و شاخص هاي قابل اتكا و معتبر بهره ببرند.

Concluding remarks
This study proposes to use hybrid fuzzy set theory and ANP techniques and explores how to compare the results of close-loop and open hierarchical structures by using real case practices to find the most suitable structure for a GSCM. An outcome of representing linguistic preferences in model formulation is that the results are expressed with fuzzy set theory, which reflects the perceptual human uncertainties.
An evaluator’s judgment cannot always be evaluated with a precise numerical approach; therefore, the linguistic
expressions were transformed into crisp values. The hierarchical model also enables an evaluator to utilize a quantitative method with inherent imprecision in the weighting criteria.
Using TFNs to represent linguistic variables to address subjective judgments by evaluators reduces the cognitive burden during the proposed evaluations. In the real case, the interdependence always existed among the firm’s practices.
Hence, ANP is proposed to beapplied in a hierarchical structure with interdependence. Ultimately, the proposed four aspects and twenty qualitative criteria must be simultaneously considered and evaluated in this study.
GSCM requires identifying the appropriate measures to complete a robust study and to advance the body of knowledge in a field, both academically and practically.
Academically, more attention must be focused on employing aspects and criteria, assessing the aspects and criteria for content validity and purifying them through extensive literature reviews to effectively and empirically advance theory within this field. In practice, firms can benefit from developing reliable and valid aspects and criteria.
The practitioner applies these aspects and criteria for benchmarking and continuous improvement. Another contribution of this study is to guide firms in understanding the different hierarchical structures that comply with their real practices. To aid in the supplier selection of GSCM, this study finds a practical application of the MCDM tool
when considering expert opinions.
